SDLC

We have developed our own SDLC(Software Development Lifecycle) to cater the needs of our clients. There are six stages in project life cycle in its development phase.The typical method we adopt is:

For New Projects
1- Finalization of requirements from clients, in the form of signed copy of F05A Document which covers complete requirement specifications agreed between client and us.

2- Preparation of Functional Specification Document F05B that is also sent to client for review.

3- Preparation of Design Document F05D that is also sent to client for review.

4- Project Timelines Finalization and Project Plan Documetn F05D that is signed by the client and us.

5- Project Development

6- Deployment Guide F05E that is sent to client for assistance

For Change Requests
Incase of Change Request we again follow the same process

1- Finalization of change requirements from clients, in the form of signed copy of F05A Document which covers complete changed requirement specifications agreed between client and us.

2- Preparation of Functional Specification Document F05B that is also sent to client for review.

3- Preparation of Design Document F05D that is also sent to client for review.

For Bugs
Incase of bugs, Qtorix Systems will be happy to fix them free of charge within the warranty
period that is kept 1 Year in normal cases.
